Reservation
We will notify you by email when your reservation is accepted.
The chalet can be booked ONLY through us or through Abritel.
Prices start from 250 € per chalet per night.
Minimum 7 nights stay over School Holidays.
Minimum 3 nights stay out of School Holidays.
Payment policy
Full reservation payment is due at time of booking (Reception of the contract against signed by the Owner of the chalet).
Refundable deposit
A refundable deposit is required on the chalet rental. The deposit is made by bank transfer 5 working days before the date of arrival. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay upon inspection of the chalet for damages and / or theft.
Cleaning and linen service policy
The chalet is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, bath towels, comforters and hand towels. Cleaning fee is included in the price.
Check in / out times
We ask that you please takes note of all check in / out times, as we only has a limited time to clean the chalet and prepare it for the next guests.
You must confirm in advance the approximate time of your arrival.
Cancellation or early departures
There are no refunds for cancellation or early departures except as provided herein.
“If a Guest requests a cancellation 45 DAYS or more before check-in, Owner will make a “best effort” to re-rent the chalet. If the Owner is able to successfully re-rent the reserved period, the Owner will refund the total rental payment less a 200 euros servicing fee.”
